I am a software engineer and a citizen of the United States living in strange and unprecedented times. Although this website is currently devoid of content, I intend to populate it with information primarily for my own future reference. How did this website come to be? After finishing my junior year studying Computer Science at Portland State University, I realized that I still knew absolutely nothing about how the internet functioned. This site is nothing more than an attempt to remedy that situation by creating a personal website from (mostly) scratch. While it's still a work in progress, I'd like to think that I've done a pretty okay job. If you're interested in looking at how it works for yourself, you are always welcome to read the source code.
